The room rates are per person per day. Including all taxes, exclusive local tax of € 3,-.

Our sauna is heated 5 times a week for you.
In case of late arrival or early departure, the room rate will be charged, breakfast will be refunded.
When booking we ask for a deposit of € 200, - per person. These will be retained in the event of cancellation. The conditions of the Austrian hotel regulations apply.

The rooms are ready from 15.00. In order to offer all guests a relaxing holiday, we ask you to provide rooms and parking until 9.30.
In our house smoking is prohibited.
